Founder & CEO

Justin is a hands on leader in every phase of the design and build process. He started landscaping at the age of 14 by mowing lawns in his community. His maintenance team eventually grew ito hardscape installation, and he changed his major at Rutgers University from Biology to Landscape Architecture and Design as well as adding a minor in business.

A graduate of the Rutgers University Landscape Architecture program, Justi currently coordinates all aspects of each project - from initial planning through installation - ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standard. He directly oversees our construction team during the installation process and ensures Creative Design delivers exceptional results and a seamless experience.

Known for his honesty, transparency and meticulous attention to detail, Justin also oversees all subcontractors, field employees and the design department. His collaborative leadership style and committment to excellence build lasting client relationships grounded in trust and care.

Field Operations Manager

Daniel oversees on-site project management and coordinating township inspections to ensure quality and compliance along with a smooth execution of all field operations. He also works with clients to assess and review landscaping needs ensuring that each project meets both functional and aesthetic goals. Daniel holds a degree from Rowan University and has been a dedicated member of the team for over 10 years, bringing extensive experience and a hands-on approach to every project.

Director of Business Operations

Diane is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily office functions and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments at Creative Design. She plays a key role in managing the details of job installations from start to finish such as material selections, orders and delivery coordination.

Since joining Justin in 2015, Diane has been a driving force behind operational efficiency and project organization. She is constantly looking for new ways to improve processes, strengthen internal operations, and support the company’s long-term growth.

Diane earned her degree from Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, where she met and became close friends with Justin on the very first day of school their freshman year.

Design & Architectural Planning Director

Katherine brings a refined approach to landscape architecture and client collaboration. As Creative Design’s lead landscape designer, she works closely with clients throughout the design process to ensure their vision is brought to life with precision and creativity.

A graduate of the Rutgers University Landscape Architecture program, Katherine has been an integral part of our team for over five years. Her design talent and meticulous attention to detail enables her to create beautifully crafted designs that blend functionality with natural elegance.

Billing Manager

Ben handles all daily and monthly billing operations for both the maintenance and installation teams. He also manages accounts payable, ensuring financial accuracy and timely processing. Since joining the company in 2017, Ben has been a reliable member of the team, bringing care to every aspect of his work. He holds a degree from Rutgers University, where he studied alongside Diane and Justin.

Beyond his professional role, Ben is known for brightening the office with his thoughtful celebrations and home-baked treats, espeially when it comes to birthdays. Aside from his daily billing duties, Ben takes pride in tending to the Creative Design chickens as if they were his own. His enthusiasm and positivity make him a valued part of both the team and workplace culture.

Administrative Director

Tiffany plays a central role in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing day-to-day communications between Creative Design and it’s clients. Her strong attention to detail and organizational skills help keep operations running efficiently and smoothly across the board.

Tiffany joined Creative Design in 2021 and has quickly become a trusted team member known for her reliability and collaborative spirit. She is always willigng to take on additional tasks and offer support wherever it’s needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

A graduate of Rutgers University’s Landscape Architecture program, Tiffany brings a deep appreciation for nature and plants - and cats - which adds valuable knowledge and passion to the landscape division. Her enthusiasm for the natural world supports the company’s creative and customer-focused approach.

Administration

Our HR and benefits coordinator (and also Piper’s mom), Antonia is also our go to whenever assistance is needed! She can and will do anything and everything that is asked without hesitation.

Our skilled design team consists of over 6 hand picked and highly qualified in office and remote landscape architects, structural architects, engineers and designers.

We currently have a field staff of over 35 skilled employees who have over 40 years of cummulative masonry and landscape installation experience. They regularly attend and take part in extended learning programs and training allowing our company to provide the highest quality construction and installation we can manage.

Our executive level employees may think they run the show, but our two four-legged professionals are the real backbone of Creative Design. While bringing occassional chaos to the office, they are the true heart and soul of our workplace.

Henry, a miniature poodle with a big personality has unofficially - but enthusiastically - assigned himself as Head of Security Alerts. No suspicious sound escapes his notice and he takes his role very seriously, especially during important phone calls. He can often be found monitoring lunch or snack breaks with silent but unwavering eye contact.

Piper, our lab mix with a heart of gold handles front door greetings and delivery driver alerts with unmatched enthusiasm. No package delivery has gone unnoticed on her watch. She works closely with Henry during mealtimes to ensure that no crumbs are wasted. When off duty she enjoys recharging outside in the sunniest spot she can find.
