Our Story & Values
We are a highly qualified provider of unique pool, hardscape & landscape installations.
Located in Central NJ, we currently offer our design and build services to the surrounding areas of Monmouth, Ocean, and parts of Middlesex county. Clients located outside of our installation range can utilize our remote exterior design services from anywhere in the United States.
Our business began in 2006 and became fully licensed in 2009. Ever since Creative Design has been passionate about providing high quality landscape and hardscape services. As an important extension of your family’s living space, our goal is to design and install a beautifully crafted outdoor living space for you to enjoy day in and day out. Whether you love entertaining large crowds, having family friendly fun, or quiet relaxation after a long day, we strive to provide the outdoor living space you’ve been dreaming of.
Our Install Process
We provide professional consultations for outdoor design & build projects.

A meeting will be arranged at the property to collect ideas, site measurements, and photos of the property. We will also collect a copy of your full size property survey at this time. A sample portfolio will be presented - think brainstorming!

After the intitial consultation, our project estimator will create a preliminary budget proposal that will make you aware of the project details that were reviewed at your consultation and provide an estimated range of the project cost. At that time we will also provide a separate design proposal for the full design of your project.
Once the design proposal has been accepted and payment submitted, our in-house landscape designer will create a design concept plan and renderings for you to better understand & visualize the project and design.

Once a final design has been approved we will provide a formal proposal based on the details reviewed and agreed upon during the design process. This will be a formal quote of all the aspects of the installation.
If moving forward with our installation services, we will provide a formal contract for acceptance and require a deposit to solidify project scheduling.
Our office will seek all necessary HOA approvals, engineer/architectural plans & township permits.

A meeting will be arranged at the Techo Bloc paver display to review and select paver styles, colors & borders. If necessary we will schedule a meeting at the plant nursery to review plant materials.

Site preparation including irrigation, electrical, and plumbing preparation takes place 1-2 weeks prior to project installation.
Upon completion of township pre-inspections, the project can officially begin.

Paver and plant materials will be delivered towards the start of the project. Our crews will arrive daily and will have a foreman on site at all times. Our project designer and company owner will make daily site visits to monitor the progress of the project and ensure the design vision is on track.
Once completed we will do a final walk-through of the finished project. Any required final inspections will be scheduled & then the project is ready to be showcased!

All of our installations meet the nationally recognized guidelines for interlocking concrete pavement installation. As a company we meet the minimum of 10,000 square ft. of installation experience, extensive training exam, annual portfolio review, as well as the required continuing education requirements needed to maintain certification.

The NCMA is the national trade association representing the installers, producers & suppliers of concrete masonry products, including concrete block, manufactured stone veneer, segmental retaining walls and articulating concrete block.
